MY STORY

How I started:

 

I'm a 30 something gal living in Washington, DC. Scientist by day, food chemist by weekend...tackling some of life's most complicated questions: how can I veganize this?

 

Along with my small army of cats, we set out to bake vegan desserts and wow the masses with how they "don't taste like cardboard" and makes you weak in the knees, coming back for more.

 

Since I was a child, I enjoyed making cookies with my dad on weekends and who doesn't love eating the batter?! As I've gotten older I've become more health conscious and decided to modify some of our family recipes. 

 

Eventually I'd love to have my very own bakery somewhere in DC where I offer my tasty treats everyday with daily specials. Until that happens, I bake from home for family, friends, work parties you name it. I can deliver or you can pick it up at my house.

 

During the holidays I give a portion of my proceeds to the  various charities; either a Animal Rescue or Women's Shelter
